Mr. Rudolf Kern, IPM Group’s President and majority shareholder established the company in 1999 with a vision to provide countries with high efficiency, cost efficient and affordable advanced technologies and solutions.

IPM enjoys partnership agreements with companies from Germany, Austria, Russia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Brasilia and the United States of America. Each respective company is well known for their extensive experience in the field of commodity trade, financing solutions, advanced engineering and optimizing the best use of technology to suit particular applications and needs.

In particular, I.P.M. has successfully executed water and wastewater treatment projects and power plant projects in several countries. An expanding list of satisfied customers enjoys the daily supply of millions of liters of clean and safe water supply, project financing and commodity trade.

In addition to water treatment and wastewater treatment, the I.P.M. Group provides consultancy and engineering services for diverse projects such as fish farms, waste recycling plants, power generation, project financing consultant and commodity trade.
